- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We've been State Farm customers in Illinois for more than 35 years and with State Farm in Minocqua for almost 10 and were shocked to be DROPPED by Craig Farrell recently because we put in a claim to get help paying for a new garage roof due to hail damage. We are totally uphauled by this and God forbid I would ever put in "any" kind of claim with our Illinois State Farm Home Owners in fear of having them drop us. This is totally a lack of disrespect for customers who have been paying for years and have never made any claims...that's us!!! I hope this review will make new customers think twice about signing up with Craig Farrell State Farm Insurance in Wisconsin. A very unhappy customer.February 13, 2017by Jo Ann Black
